An English-only site was losing half the market. We built a true bilingual experience and rebuilt the lead engine around it.

The previous site was English-only with a generic template, no real photos of completed work, and a single contact form that went to a personal Gmail. Spanish-speaking customers — a huge portion of the local market — bounced immediately.
We designed a fully bilingual site with one-click language toggle, a real project portfolio with photography, and a CRM-connected intake that routes leads by service type. Spanish ad campaigns ran in parallel with English, each with culturally aware creative.
Within 90 days, qualified leads more than doubled and the average project value climbed by 68% — driven by larger remodels coming through the new portfolio pages. Nearly a third of new leads now come from the Spanish-language experience.
